Raye Scott is an energetic and dynamic Real Estate professional specializing in residential real estate. As a New Jersey native, she came to San Diego over 30 years ago. She has watched San Diego grow and change into a world-class city with many exciting opportunities. In her first year in real estate, she was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and has been a consistent award winner ever since. Strong negotiating skills and the effective use of technology and marketing have also contributed to her achievements in real estate.

A realtor in San Diego for over 15 years and a partner with Scott~Finn & Associates, Sarah specializes in 92101 high-rises and historical homes near Balboa Park and on the coast. Sarah is a graduate of UCLA, speaks Spanish and loves to cook.

Francine Finn is passionate about the real estate profession and truly loves the process. Having the opportunity during her 30+ year career to help individuals make decisions that are extremely important to them and their families has given her the experience to tackle the most difficult negotiations. Using these skills has allowed Francine to be consistently ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide. Francine grew up in the Boston, Massachusetts area, attended New York University and received a Business degree from Burdett College.

Roxana holds a Masters in Public Health from San Diego State University. She is also an Advisor for the International Wellness Building Institute, where she provides education on wellness design and knows the latest tools and resources for creating healthier home environments and communities.
Amy Howard

Amy Howard is the Licensed Transaction Coordinator for the Scott-Finn team. Amy is the liaison between Escrow, the Lender, the Agents and the Buyers and Sellers. At Scott-Finn, Amy’s expertise comes into play once a property has been sold and the escrow process begins. She will make the transaction a smooth and successful one by keeping the timelines of the contract on track to meet the crucial deadlines.
